Information on registration, identity cards and pets

Registration for protection status S

After receiving the letter of invitation, please register in person at the City Office with the following documents

• Letter of request
• Passport
• Birth certificate / Descent certificate*
• Marriage certificate*.
• Divorce decree*
• Documents on pets*

Foreigner national identity card S

Once you have registered with the Federal Asylum Centre, you will be invited in writing by the Ausweiszentrum Aargau to have your signature and facial image taken. Once the S permit has been issued, you will be informed that you can collect your free foreigner's national identity card from the City Office.

Registration of pets

If you have brought pets with you from Ukraine, they must be registered immediately with the City Office using the form below.

The following documents, if available, must be presented at the time of registration

• Vaccination certificate
• Pet passport
• Other documents concerning the animal
