Public-private partnership
The city of Baden and the canton of Aargau have launched the "International Business Location Baden 4.0" project. Currently, 27 partners from the business, research & development, education and politics sectors are involved, and more will join soon. Within this public-private partnership, measures are being jointly developed and promoted to increase the speed of innovation and further strengthen Baden as a business location.
Improved networking – especially between SMEs and large companies – means needs are identified more quickly, and solutions are developed in a more efficient way. The goal of Baden 4.0 is to promote the synergies in Baden’s key sectors of high-tech energy/electrical engineering, MedTech, healthcare and industry-related ICT. The overall management of Baden 4.0 is the responsibility of the city’s contact for private enterprises.
