Trafohalle
Baden’s official town hall is reminiscent of its earlier role in the city’s industrial past. Where high-voltage experiments were conducted thirty years ago, a space with unique sound quality and an atmospheric urban interior has been created in the up-and-coming Baden Nord district. The modern infrastructure and excellent acoustics provide optimum conditions for classical, world music, Afro-American music and country music events. The Trafo Cultural and Congress Centre’s cultural programme is further enhanced by dance events and theatre performances. The Trafo is also used daily as a seminar and event location.
